Hiteshree’s approach strives to create generative spaces for participatory research for those at the margins—crafting authentic, inclusive communication strategies and co-designing services with the people who use, deliver, and maintain them. Her work centers the needs of the community and embraces iterative progress within a closed-loop design process—where insights from lived experiences continuously inform and refine solutions.
Using mixed-methods research approaches—including ethnographic studies, interviews, focus groups, contextual inquiries, stakeholder mapping, journey mapping, threshold mapping, and usability testing, —Hiteshree identifies opportunities and uncovers actionable insights. Through rigorous synthesis processes such as GIS mapping and data visualization, she translates complex information into clear, compelling insights that inform actionable recommendations and shape strategic direction.
She collaborates closely with designers and developers to wireframe solutions, enabling an iterative design process grounded in user testing within fast-paced environments. Hiteshree also plans, guides, and conducts Information Architecture (IA) testing to refine user experience and structure. Through creative thought partnership and robust project management systems, Hiteshree brings expertise to projects of varying scales, delivering impactful and effective solutions.
